First Time home buyer?
Buying a home is one of the largest financial transactions in anyone's life, yet we're never taught about it.

Does the thought of home buying seem overwhelming? There’s so much to think about! How much can I afford, and how do I get the best loan? How much will I need for a down payment, and where will I come up with the money? Will my house go up in value?
You can and should understand everything that is happening in the home buying process. I will explain every part of the process to you when we meet, and as we go through the process. Just because you don’t apply for a thirty year mortgage once a week doesn’t mean you have to take the first one that comes along. You’ll need to learn some new words and ideas, and make a little time to understand each step. If at any point in the process something doesn’t make sense to you, just ask! If it still doesn’t make sense, we’ll seek help from someone you trust like your CPA, or your lender.
Let’s plan from the beginning to approach the home buying process intelligently and with confidence; that way you can be sure you’ll end up with a house you’ll be proud to call home, and the knowledge that you made the right decision.
