Largest employers in Anne Arundel County Maryland

The area is home to several major employers, which is especially important for relocating family members who may be looking for work.  

You’ll find Fort George G. Meade is by far the largest employer, and it’s a quick drive to neighborhoods in Odenton, Glen Burnie, Millersville, and even Baltimore City and Howard County homes. 

Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, Raytheon and Allegis Group are just a few of the IT and tech employers in the area, and  healthcare is a large employment sector too, encompassing Univ of MD Baltimore Washington Medical Center and Anne Arundel Health System.

In addition, Anne Arundel County is a very reasonable drive for anyone working in Baltimore City or the DC area.
